Ground Hog Day!

Work was really slow again yesterday (am hoping that this does not mean it will be crazy once I get to the UK). Therefore it was an extra nice surprise when my friend Karen came to visit me with her super cute new bebe "Caleb"!!

She claims that he is fussy, but he slept and made little Pterodactyl noises in his sleep - I cant imagine that he does not behave (he he he). He had the most amazing head of hair that I have ever seen on a wee one - almost long enough to give him dreadlocks!!

After work it was off to Larchmont! It was rather warm yesterday so it was the first decent outing that the Pig had and he took advantage of it by doing his "Business" - not usually an exciting event but this time he did it on grass (he usually goes on cement)!! Sad that I am even writing about this...

Anyhow, Ryan and I had dinner at "Cafe du Village" which was yummy and then we decided to walk over to a new place on Larchmont called the "Larchmont Larder" for a dessert. Sadly when we got there it was closed, but I did discover this amazing Pomegranate tree by our apartment that will sadly be getting ripe after I leave this Saturday.

I am really going to miss my little corner of the world...

Even the evil dog that tries to eat Little Pig through the fence every time we walk past him (though not technically his fault, because as far as I know that poor dog has never left his back yard)...

Last but not least, I leave you with Disco Pig...
